Reporting to the People Manager, this is a newly created opportunity to partner with leaders and team members across the Momentum Energy business to lead and deliver end to end recruitment and oversee our external and internal talent strategy.
You’ll balance operational delivery with Talent strategy and drive internal and external Talent activities and initiatives working across the whole of Momentum Energy. Your focus will cover recruitment delivery activities including talent pooling, in-market acquisition and retention activities alongside contributing to the improvement of Talent Management across the business and advocating and communicate a compelling Employee Value Proposition internally and externally.
About you
You’ll bring experience in Talent Management or Talent Acquisition, including the full end to end recruitment lifecycle, and the ability to develop and execute targeted candidate engagement strategies and engage with candidates and our team in a meaningful way.
You’re comfortable moving between operational delivery and developing innovative engagement strategies and understand the importance of building effective internal and external relationships.
Your strong customer focus, creative flair and the ability to use data & insights to support our internal and external employer brand will contribute to your success in this role.
