Job Description
ABOUT THE ROLE
As the Talent Advisor you will work closely with hiring managers and other stakeholders across the business in facilitating end-to-end recruitment and selection processes. You will manage pre-employment screening processes and outcomes, whilst also maintaining and recording onboarding activites. You will establish and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders, providing expert recruitment advice, with particular emphasis on talent sourcing and ensuring recruitment activities are planned and delivered within agreed timeframes.
As an integral member of the People Culture & Change team, you will provide exceptional customer service in all recruitment project activities, with a strong emphasis on candidate care. This is a full time fixed term 12 month maternity cover role.

Criteria:

• Qualifications in Human Resources, Business and/or sufficient skills and experience to perform at this level
• Current unencumbered Driver’s Licence.
• Evidence of full COVID19 vaccination
• Experience in the use of recruitment database systems and applicant tracking systems.
• Experience in developing innovative sourcing strategies.
• Proficient in the use of social media and job boards.
• Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employment branding.
• Understanding of all selection methods and techniques.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint,
• Excellent communication skills with all stakeholders, maintaining confidentiality and diplomacy
• Adequate decision making and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent planning, organisational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple requests from different service
