Momentum 360 is a Premiere Small Business and Real Estate marketing company in Philadelphia and tri-state area. Our main service offerings are 3D Virtual Tours powered by Matterport, as well as photography and videography. We are both a Matterport Service Provider and Google Trusted Photography agency. While 3D Virtual Tours started in real estate, they are versatile and applicable across every industry. Momentum 360 specializes in virtual tours for real estate, small businesses, restaurants, retail, healthcare, professional services, and much more. These virtual tours help our clients showcase their business online, while also allowing them to rank higher on Google with SEO, and get more followers on social media.
Job Description:As the Sales Director for our virtual tour video and photography company, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales initiatives to maximize revenue and market presence. Your primary focus will be on building strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring our products and services meet and exceed customer expectations. This role presents an exciting opportunity to take charge of a skilled sales team and play a pivotal role in the company’s continued success.
Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy and Leadership:Develop and execute the company’s sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and market expansion.
Provide strong leadership to the sales team, inspiring and motivating them to excel in their roles.
Set clear goals and targets for the sales team, continuously monitoring performance and providing constructive feedback to ensure success.
Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting and generating leads through various channels.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure their satisfaction and promote repeat business.
Conduct regular client meetings and presentations to showcase our virtual tour solutions and services.
Market Analysis and Insights:Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors’ activities, and market demands to inform sales strategies and product development.
Utilize market insights to identify potential areas for expansion and target key market segments effectively.
Collaboration and Communication:Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales collateral, presentations, and promotional materials.
Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, providing updates on sales performance and market developments.
Sales Performance Analysis:Analyze sales data and metrics to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.
Implement strategies to optimize sales processes, streamline workflows, and enhance overall efficiency.
