Momentum 360 Hiring for Account Manager at Remote Full Time

As a Production Account Manager at Momentum 360, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued clients throughout the video production process. Your main focus will be to nurture client relationships, understand their needs, and effectively communicate those needs to our production team. You will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they stay on track, and delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients, acting as their trusted advisor and point of contact.
Conduct regular meetings or calls to understand client requirements, project updates, and address any concerns or feedback.

Project Coordination: Collaborate with the creative team, videographers, and editors to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables based on client briefs.
Create and maintain project schedules, ensuring that all stakeholders are aware of key milestones and deadlines.
Proactively identify potential roadblocks or issues and work with the team to find timely and effective solutions.

Client Communication: Provide regular project updates to clients, ensuring they are informed about the progress of their projects and any changes to the original plan.
Respond promptly to client inquiries and ensure all client communications are handled professionally and efficiently.

Budget and Resource Management: Work closely with the finance team to create accurate project budgets and quotes, ensuring projects are profitable and meet client expectations.
Monitor project expenses and resource allocation to maintain profitability and cost-effectiveness.

Quality Assurance:Conduct thorough quality checks on final deliverables to ensure they meet the client’s specifications and company standards.

Upselling and Cross-selling:Identify opportunities to upsell additional services or products to existing clients, increasing revenue and strengthening client relationships.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience (5 years) as an Account Manager or in a similar client-facing role, preferably in the videography, media, or creative industry.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in project management tools and software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Slack, etc.).
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
• Knowledge of video production processes and terminology is a plus.
