MOLYNEAUX HOME Hiring for Social Media Specialist at Remote Full Time

Molyneaux Home is seeking a creative, motivated social media specialist to join our team. You will be responsible for developing a social media strategy to increase our online branding and interacting with current and potential clients through these platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media campaigns for Instagram & Facebook
• Create and share engaging content throughout the week, including text, images, and videos that promote our brand using organic content
• Ensure current social media strategy aligns with company goals and values
• Stay on top of current social media trends and evaluate how we can best participate
• Monitor customer engagement and interact with customers on social media posts
• Moderate user-generated content for appropriateness
• Schedule posts using Loomly.com (access will be provided)

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Social Media Specialist, including experience with Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Tiktok and others
• Strong creative mindset
• Superb organizational and multitasking skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and graphic design programs, such as Adobe Photoshop
• Excellent written communication and copywriting skills

The rate for this position is $25-$30/hour as an independent contractor depending on experience. The expected amount of work is 6-8 hours per week.
