Position: Accounting Clerk

Requirements:

Bookkeeping and spreadsheet programs.

• Task oriented, flexibility to handle changing priorities and schedules

Responsibilities: Candidate will assist our Accounting Team with:

• Data Entry
• A/P Invoices
• Reconcile credit cards
• Verify financing paperwork
• Enter installation time to jobs
• Other clerical duties to assist the Accounting Department run smooth daily

Position Accounting Clerk:

Salary range $40,000 annual. Salary will commiserate with experience, please be prepared to provide salary history

Full time position, 8 hour shifts per day, Monday through Friday

Office location is in the Eastern suburbs of Pittsburgh.

Pay: $37,000.00 – $40,000.00 per year
