Your Purpose

As a Talent & D&I Manager, you’ll have a threefold remit of responsibility. Firstly, you’ll focus on increasing leadership capability and manager effectiveness across Western Europe, by working in close partnership with the regional L&D Academy leads and the divisional Talent team to identify opportunities to build strength in our leadership teams. The role will drive the execution of both regional and divisional led initiatives in a coach, facilitator, consultant and/or programme manager capacity.

Secondly, you’ll work in close partnership with and provide counsel to RLT/HRD’s to build a robust talent pipeline of future successors for. This will include leading the successful deployment of our annual talent planning processes and lead the design of targeted talent pools to retain talent and accelerate successor readiness.

Thirdly, you’ll co-define and drive forward the regional L&D plan, leading on all COE driven initiatives, as well as weaving L&D into everything we do. The role will work in close partnership with the Divisional Talent team to ensure seamless alignment between our regional plan and the divisional strategy, ensuring we continue to drive forward a progressive L&D agenda that remains authentic to who we are, and the values we stand for whilst driving positive change in the region.

About you:

• Design, delivery and evaluation of leadership and talent development initiatives to cross-functional audiences
• Strong facilitation skills with the ability to generate opinion and debate with mixed-level audiences
• End to end programme management
• Highly collaborative working style; working with others to achieve common goals and deliverables
• Strong understanding and awareness of diversity and inclusion issues and best practice
• Track record of leading and supporting change and transformation.
• Focus on continuous improvement and high visible contribution to communities of best practice
• Analytical and data driven – using data to provide insight and recommendation to leadership teams
• Trusted advisor to business leaders within field of specialism, highly sought after for opinion and input
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a culturally diverse environment

Preferred:

• HR generalist background with a good understanding of D&I related policy and legislation
• People Leader / Line Manager experience
• Coaching qualification
