If you have a passion for HR, People Development, Operational Excellence and Process Improvement then we have a role which is going to both challenge and excite you as our new People Experience Partner & Manager UK. Alternating between the UK leadership strategy development and hands-on operational practices, you will be a true generalist in every sense of the word.

You will be an active contributor to, and facilitate the delivery of our regional cluster people experience roadmap. You will help to guide and shape the business as we develop key performance excellence, talent management and people focused policies. Becoming a true Business Partner you will be seen as the “People Experience Guru” and will hold responsibility for the delivery of strategic people plans, through the leadership of a small team.

Key responsibilities:

• Translating the commercial business strategy into a cohesive and actionable people strategy
• Implementation of organisational design changes and providing support to local managers during transition periods
• Supporting with Talent Acquisition processes where this falls outside of the RPO model
• Overseeing the onboarding program and ensuring this provides an excellent candidate experience
• Coaching and mentoring staff to manage complex Employee Relations issues
• Deliver local learning programs in response to identified skills gaps or training needs
• Analysing and defining compensation & benefits requirements within our job grading structure including contribution to annual salary and bonus reviews
• Provide assistance to global mobility decision making and execution
• Establish local market insights through clear data driven analysis and present to relevant leadership teams
• Become a champion for work place environment, wellbeing and mental health. Advocate the implementation of our inclusive culture

Qualifications and experience:

• Degree level qualified in relevant subject including HR, Business, Economics
• Demonstrable experience in a similar HR team leadership role
• Hands-on management of complex employee relations issues with relevant UK legislation
• Clear understanding of a manufacturing lead business environment
• Process driven and analytically minded with technological awareness
• Ability to influence wide ranging stakeholders through collaboration and engagement
• Proven organisational and culture development in an international business
• Growth mindset and a high level of emotional intelligence
• Experience of remote partnering & leading in a hybrid working environment
