Currently looking for healthcare administrative professionals with excellent computer skills, great attention to detail to multitask between databases, talk with members on the phone, enter accurate data, and has at least one year of medical administrative experience, Prior Authorizations, and fast-paced experience.
Schedule Availability Requirements
Must be able to work and 8 Hour Shift Between the hours of 8am – 7pm PST (10am – 9pm CT / 11am – 10pm ET).
Department operates 7 days a week. 5-day work week will require at least one weekend day as part of the work week.
Some Holidays.
Job Summary
Molina Healthcare Services (HCS) works with members, providers and multidisciplinary team members to assess, facilitate, plan and coordinate an integrated delivery of care across the continuum, including behavioral health and long-term care, for members with high need potential. HCS staff work to ensure that patients progress toward desired outcomes with quality care that is medically appropriate and cost-effective based on the severity of illness and the site of service.

1-3 years’ experience in an administrative support role in healthcare.

3+ years’ experience in an administrative support role in healthcare, Medical Assistant preferred.
Experience working with Division of Financial Responsibility (DOFR).
Experience working with delegation matrix.
