Essential Functions/Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop talent attraction strategies designed to drive hires to effectively meet the needs of the business
• Identify new channels and technology to attract and engage a continual pipeline of candidates
• Integrate recruiting processes/practices that highlight and focus on enhancing the candidate experience
• Deliver against ambitious hiring plans spread among several internal stakeholders
• Partner to define overall team and performance goals across the team; create innovative programs, events and campaigns to help hire the best talent in the competitive recruiting sector
• Develop and manage reports, dashboards, and metrics. Establish and track metrics to measure the performance of the team, hiring managers and interviewers
• Provide strategic recruiting expertise by staying abreast of industry trends, best practices, legal developments, benchmark comparisons, functions as subject matter expert on all business unit recruitment activities
• Understand business stakeholder workforce planning and forecasting needs working in partnership with HR Business Partners
• Assess the effectiveness of talent acquisition services and products and impact on business results including retention, employee satisfaction, and performance evaluations
• Willingness to travel at least 20% of the time to various markets throughout the U.S. to meet with clients, attend local recruiting events, make connections, and understand business needs

Education and Experience

• A bachelor’s degree and five to seven years of direct recruiting experience, with at least five years of comprehensive full cycle talent acquisition experience and demonstrated increased responsibility
• In depth knowledge of applicant tracking systems
• Demonstrated track record of achieving talent acquisition-related business results and successes through performance metrics and professional network connections
