We are looking for an ambitious and enthusiastic Recruitment Manager with a real can-do attitude to help shape our workforce of the future and lead our recruitment team.

This is face paced and varied role where there is opportunity and support to create a great team and employment offering. Recruiting for 58 stores, 5 feed mills, 2 head office sites and the various accompanying departments mean that no one day will ever be the same.

Building great internal relationships to understand the organisation and its requirements is key, alongside experience recruiting in-house and ideally in an agency setting. Agricultural experience or understanding would also be of advantage. You will manage the creation of campaigns, sourcing techniques & process and the onboarding process to ensure a first-class candidate experience and ultimately attract, retain and grow the best talent.
