Job Description

Recruitment Consultants are responsible for sourcing candidates for job opportunities on behalf of their clients. They use a combination of sales, business development, marketing & networking strategies to attract candidates.

Responsibilities

– Creating job adverts

– Headhunting

– Networking

– Screening candidates

– Arranging interviews

– Communicating between clients and candidates

Role Requirements

– Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

– Great communication and relationship-building skills

– Resilient and tenacious with a logical mindset

– A genuine interest in business

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £22,000.00-£28,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
