The Role

We are looking to strengthen the business with a Graduate Recruitment Consultant to provide support to the team on delivering results to our clients. The role will support the team in driving business development, headhunting and profiling candidates and coordination tasks.

What about you?

A graduate educated to bachelors degree level with a strong personality, confidence, excellent conversational skills and an interest in the business.

You will be a reliable and self-motivated team player with a creative approach to problem-solving, with some experience in either recruitment or phone-based work – ideally within a business to business capacity.
