SuccessFactors Functional Consultant
Contract: 6 months (with likely extension)
Location: Hybrid – Solihull
Rate: £600-£700 pd Inside IR35
Role Description:
I am currently looking for a Recruitment/Recruitment Marketing focussed Functional Consultant/Specialist to support the design and delivery of HR technology change projects across its UK and US based organisation.
Successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:
A strong knowledge of SuccessFactors Recruitment, plus experience with Employee Central and Onboarding modules – SuccessFactors Certified.
Knowledge of SuccessFactors RCM and RMK Best Practices.
Experience working as a Functional Consultant or within similar roles providing subject matter expertise at the highest levels.
Experience working with SuccessFactors within an integrated applications environment.
Experience with Agile project delivery preferred.
Strong client relationship management skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Experience leading small to medium sized technical projects.
You will be able to work with multiple partners/stakeholders including external technical resources, suppliers and with customer nominated representatives.
Experience working in global or international environments (UK and US preferred).
Experience working in cross functional teams, as well as working collaboratively with peers.
Experience working within a Shared Services orientated HR function.
Strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at any one time.
Able to communicate and present complex issues with assurance and confidence.
You will be able to communicate across a client community and be viewed as adding value.
Ability to understand business requirements and manage the conversion of them into solution designs, configuration, and delivery.

SuccessFactors certifications
8+ years functional consultant experience
Experience working in global or international environments
