Modern Med Health Solutions has an exciting opportunity for an Independent Contract Healthcare Provider Recruiter, providing partial life cycle recruiting support for our organization. We are looking for an experienced Healthcare Recruiter to join our team who has strong knowledge of and experience in recruiting Psychologists. You will work independently to evaluate previously soured candidates, evaluate their qualifications, perform virtual interviews, and hand candidate off for review to leadership before official offer can be made. You will work closely with the leadership and administrative team to present ideal candidates and to facilitate hiring. This is a remote/work from home part time position where you can set your own hours and schedule, all communication with candidates must be during business hours Monday through Friday. Competitive base salary plus commission for all hired candidates.

Job Responsibilities:

• Review sourced candidates through job postings and referrals
• Screen resumes and applications to evaluate qualifications
• Conduct virtual interviews with potential candidates
• Arrange virtual interviews with hiring managers if applicable
• Maintain detailed records of recruitment activities

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Healthcare Recruiter or similar role
• Knowledge of various recruitment methods
• Understanding of partial cycle recruiting processes
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
• Ability to work both collaboratively and independently
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills
• Think strategically while focusing on tactical execution

Education and Experience Required:

• 2+ years of healthcare recruiting experience
• Basic healthcare workforce terminology
• Associate’s Degree and/or Bachelor’s Degree preferred

Additional Skills/Qualifications:

• Must be able to multi-task and manage numerous requisitions simultaneously
• Must be able to meet deadlines and quotas
• Must be able to work independently using your own computer and phone
