Position Summary
Modaramo Media is looking for a proactive, observant, detail-oriented candidate who demonstrates a spirit of thoughtful accountability and leadership matching our energetic, fast-moving developing business. This position involves extensive bookkeeping using QuickBooks for multiple companies. The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision. They will be self-motivated and trustworthy.
Requirements
Responsibilities:

• Manage Accounts Payable
• Manage Accounts Receivable
• Maintain detailed and supported reconciliations of all assigned balance sheet accounts
• Investigate and reconcile client accounts as needed
• Develop and maintain customer relationships as part of the accounts receivable process
• Financial s and analysis as requested
• Special projects assigned
• Coordinate with all other departments within the company

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1-2 years experience
• QuickBooks knowledge required
• Familiar with Bill.com & Transaction Pro
• Proficiency in MS Office ( Excel, Word & Powerpoint)
• Likes data, numbers and research, strong analytical skills
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Strong verbal and communication skills
• Ability to prioritize, multitask and handle pressure and deadlines
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
