MOCA Business Services Hiring for Content Creator at Remote Full Time

We are looking for a Creator to join the MOCA Business Services team. You will work as a contractor, set your own schedule, and work from the comfort of your home (or take work along while you travel!)

MOCA has about 85 regular clients and their projects are delegated to the person on the team who has the skillset to handle each particular task. The projects range from simple social media scheduling to involved tasks that require high levels of expertise in writing, website design, and branding. At this point, we are primarily looking for a Creator who has strong skills in writing and graphic creation. We are looking for someone who can adjust their writing style to match the voice of multiple clients; who can observe a client’s way of speaking, language, and how they want to be perceived and translate that into written media forms. So you must be able to apply your writing skills to create blog posts, social media posts and website copy just to highlight a few different types of content you would be creating, but do so in a client’s voice, rather than your own. Social media posts are usually accompanied by graphics, so experience creating graphics in Canva would be an asset as well.

Skills

• Familiarity with Canva
• An eye for graphic design, even if Canva is as advanced as it gets 🙂
• Prior work experience or familiarity with creating social media content for different social media outlets (we primarily use Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and YouTube)
• An ability to write in another person’s voice
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Strong communication skills
• The ability to problem-solve and provide creative input
• A natural desire to want to learn new things (because you will learn lots of new things!)
