Ambulatory Management Solutions (AMS) is a unique practice management organization that supports Office-Based Anesthesiology (OBA) practices through Illinois, Texas, Washington, and Oregon, and we are looking for a Recruitment and Onboarding Specialist to join our team!
As the Recruitment and Onboarding Specialist, you will to the National Director of AMS OBA Operations and support all recruitment and onboarding activities. You will lead key strategic initiatives to expand the capabilities of our applicant tracking system, Greenhouse, and enhance our organization’s nationwide presence to the outside candidate to attract like-minded talent. You will serve as the primary point of contact for all likely, active, and employed team members (days 0-90), including conducting pre and post-hire surveying. You will support all hiring managers, internal HR, and business stakeholders across our diverse divisions to ensure a smooth, compassionate, and adaptable recruitment and onboarding experience. You will ensure the timely execution and completion of all tasks assigned. This position will require you to adopt a forward-thinking method and continuously strive to enhance the recruitment and onboarding experience.
In addition to your daily accountabilities of recruitment and onboarding, which will make up about 60% of your week, you will collaborate with various team members across our OBA division, serving as the “intake” or “triage” role for day-to-day operations. Your day-to-day operations responsibilities will vary from quarter to quarter; therefore, you must be adaptable, approachable, and welcoming of shifting tasks and projects. The individual hired in this position will be expected to balance their day-to-day responsibilities in recruitment and onboarding, serve as the “accountability and momentum facilitator” for the projects they are involved in as appointed to in day-to-day operations, and ensure that actions are taken promptly to achieve favorable outcomes.
