– Coordinate transactions between clients and different service providers.

– Provide accurate and timely information utilizing appropriate tools and resources.
– Adhere to communication policies and procedures.
– Go the extra mile to engage customers and ensure their satisfaction.
Qualifications and Skills:
– Possess a friendly and helpful demeanor.
– Demonstrated track record of achieving performance targets.
– Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as presentation skills.
– Confidence in utilizing video chat for customer and third-party provider communication.
– Driven and motivated to achieve exceptionally high levels of customer satisfaction.
– Proficient in multitasking, prioritizing tasks, and managing time efficiently.
– Ability to remain calm and composed when dealing with stressed or upset customers.
– Familiarity with CRM systems.
