JOB DEFINITION

The Marketing Coordinator support in managing client relationships, executes marketing strategies, oversees projects and coordinates internal teams.

They build strong client relationships, coordinate executing marketing campaigns, and ensure effective communication. The role involves serving as a point of contact for clients and delivering presentations, gathering feedback, and coordinating internal teams. Overall, the Marketing Coordinator plays a vital role in achieving client satisfaction and driving successful marketing outcomes.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Client Relationship Management

• Ability to serve as a point of contact for servicing clients promptly
• Support and solve problems for clients by understanding and exceeding their expectations
• Pitch ideas confidently and present the creative vision clearly to clients
• Reviewing feedback from clients and making alterations according to the client’s needs
• Recommend, design and pitch creative concepts to increase clients’ ROI

Strategic Planning and Marketing Coordination

• Collaborate with clients and executives to discuss project requirements.
• Interpret abstract business concepts and client briefs to develop creative campaign ideas.
• Support in developing and implementing marketing and communications strategies targeting B2B audiences.
• Plan and manage accounts and projects, defining scope, resources, timeline, communication strategies, and quality assurance plans.
• Oversee each stage of the project, ensuring accurate project management and task tracking.
• Prepare concise creative briefs for the team and develop insightful and actionable memos and documents for clients.
• Lead and participate in both internal team and client brainstorms.
• Track approvals, milestones, deliverables, project risks, and change requests.
• Analyse and on project results to develop growth plans for each account.
• Collaborate directly with clients for approvals, updates, and amends.
• Proofread and edit internal communications and client content

Team Coordination and Leadership

• Communicate project requirements effectively to internal teams to ensure deliverables align with client specifications.
• Lead and foster an environment of collaboration and inspiration with leading digital experiences
• Serve as a point of contact for external partners, such as influencers, videographers, and freelancers.
• Collaborate with the internal team to create case studies and conduct client interviews for promotional materials.

REQUIREMENTS

• A stickler for correct grammar and punctuation.
• Strong skills in marketing, advertising or social media management 
• Good to have: Proficiency in Google AdWords, Google Analytics, SEMRush, Facebook Business, and LinkedIn Ad Manager.
• Good to have: Experience with Firebase, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, and/or Shopify.
• Proven experience in account and/or project management for similar projects (Brand, marketing)
• Experience coordinating multiple digital accounts 
• Impressive client-handling skills with the ability to consistently anticipate and strategically manage client requirements
• Enthusiasm and professionalism, with a strong interest in world issues, business and current affairs
• Ability to prepare and deliver presentations and workshops for senior-level executives and management within client organisations
• Experience using task management systems and workflow tools 
• An entrepreneurial, proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow
