We are a family run early education and care service that provide compassionate quality care for children birth to 12 years located in Rossmore (next to Austral/Kemps Creek).

Our centre offer’s a large open plan indoor space and an even larger natural outdoor environment where we have both produce and animal farms on each side of our centre.

About the Trainee Educator Role, you will be required to:

• Engage at the children’s level in a positive, respectful manner at all times
• Interact and build positive trusting and meaningful relationships with children, families and co-workers
• Be able to work within a small team, we will take you under our wing, support and mentor you in your role
• Be able and willing to follow centre policies and procedures, and directions from supervisors
• Be willing and able to study your Certificate III

Salary: $16.00 – $27.00 per hour

• Working with Children Check (Preferred)
