This is a true generalist HR role where you’ll be able to get involved in a huge range of activities within our HR team.
This will include processing new starters, and managing activities relating to the employee lifecycle such as:
Processing the administration of leavers and employee contractual changes
Be the first point of contact for HR related queries, consistently providing great support and advice within the agreed SLA
Maintaining and updating HR records held within our HR System, in line with GDPR guidance
Ad-hoc analysis and reporting on HR issues
Logging training records and sourcing new training information and courses
You’ll become a subject matter expert on company HR policies, and also support us to drive continuous improvement – constantly looking for opportunities and better ways of doing things
We’ll support you to maintain good HR knowledge by encouraging you to attend workshops and review publications.
As well as this, you’ll be supporting the recruitment process as required, and also getting involved with undertaking any projects required as requested by the Head of HR.

Experience of working within a fast-paced HR administration environment

The ability to think on your feet and manage changing priorities
Excellent communication skills
A willingness to learn and develop
A team player, with the ability to manage and own your workload
It would also be great (but not essential) if you have:
CIPD at level 3 or equivalent
