MMSC Day School Hiring for Elementary Teacher Job at Seattle, WA Full Time

We are seeking an Elementary Teacher to join our team for the 2022-23 school year. Candidates must have experience and a teaching degree to apply for this position.

MMSC Day School is a private school that provides a warm, professional, and supportive working environment. MMSC is a dual-curriculum Jewish Day School, and the daily schedule is split with a half-day Judaic Studies curriculum and a half-day General Studies curriculum. Our classroom sizes are small, between 10-15 children. Professional development will be available throughout the year. Competent pay and paid days off.

Competitive wages with a sign-on bonus of $500. ($250 on the first paycheck and $250 ninety days later.)

Pay: $30.00 – $40.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Manage and educate students in a classroom setting
• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans
• Adhere to an established teaching curriculum
• Maintain positive relationships with students and parents
• Document and share student grades and evaluations
• Maintain the health and safety of all students

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in teaching or other educational fields
• Strong classroom management skills
• Ability to build rapport with students
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong leadership qualities

Salary: $30.00 to $40.00 /hour
