Talent Acquisition Consultant
We have an opportunity for an experienced Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our Talent Acquisition (TA) team based in Sydney. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Leader – Pacific, the successful candidate will collaborate with internal stakeholders to manage end-to-end recruitment delivery for a broad range of roles.
You will be supported by a team of likeminded and fun professionals with progressive technology that will enable you to focus on what you do best – Talent Acquisition.

Deliver a first class client and candidate experience, focused on increasing the quality and diversity of our candidate pools.
Taking full ownership and accountability for the end-to-end recruitment process from candidate qualification, to video or phone screening, through to salary negotiations, offer and on-boarding
Utilize your proactive and innovative sourcing techniques to identify and attract the best talent in the market
Be curious to learn our business and partner with hiring managers across multiple businesses to understand their needs and source the best talent.
Identify and utilise cost effective targeted sourcing strategies to effectively build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates
Act with integrity whilst keeping applicant tracking systems up to date and following company processes and procedures
What you need to have:
A true passion for Talent Acquisition, attraction and experience and in delivering exceptional hiring outcomes
Experience working in an in-house recruitment or agency environment, with more than 7 years’ progressive experience
Excellent interpersonal skills and relationship management experience
Experience with direct sourcing strategies, and demonstrable ability to build searches and pipelines to identify ‘difficult to find’ candidates in competitive markets
