• Being responsible for supporting Directory Services, Identity & Access Management for on premise Active Directory, and cloud IAM services such as O365, Azure, AWS and OKTA

Our team can base this role out of any of our UK office locations, with a degree of remote working also available.

What we’d like you to have:

• Extensive experience working with Active Directory, Identity & Access Management
• Proven experience of Active Directory Sites and Services and Active Directory Trusts
• DNS & Group Policy
• Domain DFS
• Backup and Restore of AD objects (Quest Recovery Manager for AD or Recycle Bin)
• Active Directory Schema and attributes
• Windows Server Operating Systems up to and including Windows Server 2019
• An understanding of identity management products including Okta, Azure AD, and CyberArk.
• An understanding of AWS and Azure identity management solutions
• Some experience implementing Directory Services with public cloud services (e.g., O365) or other applications
• PowerShell Scripting skills
• Strong presentation skills, including fluent verbal & written English

We will count on you to:

• Manage all identity & directory queries in a timely fashion
• Work directly on incoming incidents & complete assigned change through ITIL system
• Provide stakeholders with solutions to their issues and resolve these accurately
• Have previous knowledge and experience across AD Sites & Services and DNS
• Have capacity to use manage OKTA or similar software
• Follow direction from your leader to review stakeholder needs, gather operational information and find solutions
• Outside of business-as-usual duties you may be asked to work on ad hoc projects
• Follow, promote and facilitate the project management processes and procedures on all duties in accordance with Marsh SOPs
• Ensure company practices and procedures are followed
• Work an on-call rota for Weekend Support
