Job Description: As an HR Generalist, you will play a vital role in supporting our human resources department and ensuring the smooth operation of various HR functions. You will be responsible for handling a wide range of HR activities, including employee recruitment and onboarding, employee relations, performance management, policy implementation, benefits support, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.
• Conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and facilitate the selection process.
• Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation, training, and necessary documentation.
• Serve as a point of contact for employees on HR-related matters and provide guidance and support.
• Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
• Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal requirements and best practices.
• Administer employee benefits programs and provide guidance on benefits options and enrollment processes.
• Support performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback sessions.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
• Stay up-to-date with employment laws and regulations and ensure compliance in all HR activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience working as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Solid understanding of recruitment and selection processes.
• Experience with employee relations and performance management.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in HR software and systems.
