Our client, a main contractor specializing in civil engineering is looking to recruit an experienced Project Manager to join their expanding Utilities team to work on projects throughout the North West. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a reputable business with a huge amount of work in 2022. Project Manager Responsibilities:

• Responsible for full project life cycle
• Full Design and Build responsibility
• Responsibility throughout design process
• Creation and management of budgets
• All project costings
• Programming works
• Procurement
• Management of subcontractors
• Health & Safety
• Quality
• Liaison with the client and stakeholders
• Weekly update meetings with operations director

Project Manager Requirements:

• Relevant industry qualification (HND/HNC/BEng or equivalent)
• Civil Engineering/Water Waste Water experience – Experience of working with Untied Utilities, an appreciation of their systems and ways of working a distinct advantage.
• Experienced project manager involved with design programming, budgeting etc. Full life cycle experience
• Excellent communication, people and team management skills
