Mitsubishi UFJ Fund Services Hiring for HR Intern at London Full Time

• Help with administration through the entire employee life cycle from On boarding to Off boarding in the following locations; Dublin, Jersey, London, and Singapore
• Help with the ‘Ask HR’ inbox answering queries from managers and employees throughout the business, whilst promoting a ‘self-service’ model
• Help with HR Induction training for new starters
• Help organize staff training in addition to record keeping of all training completed
• Maintain accurate personnel records and data integrity with HRIS system
• Coordinate with payroll and benefits administrator to ensure Finance is updated of any changes on a monthly basis

Key Requirements

You Are:

• Currently working towards completion of a Human Resources/Business degree (or a recent graduate) or equivalent

This is a 12 month internship opportunity.
