Mitolo Family Farms are recruiting for experienced Farm Hand/Tractor Operators. Positions are located in the Riverland and also in the Mallee Regions of South Australia. Tasks include assisting with all facets of ground preparation and inter row cultivation of high quality potatoes and onions.

We are seeking highly motivated, enthusiastic operators. There are a wide variety of tasks including basic mechanical, forklift driving, irrigation, harvesting and spraying. Working as part of a small and successful team.

Extensive on-the-job training will be provided to enable you to perform these integral roles. Requirements of the position are as follows:

• experience in operating modern farm machinery
• experience with large scale tractors, harvesters and spray equipment a bonus
• harvesting and/or spraying experience desirable
• good communication skills
• strong attention to detail and have passion and pride in the quality of your work
• basic understanding of large scale cropping
