Marketing Coordinator

Join a dynamic team at the forefront of the hospitality and leisure industry. Our portfolio includes Mitchelton Winery, The Nagambie Brewery, Black Caviar Cafe, and the Waterfront Motel. We are seeking a talented and driven Marketing Coordinator to play a pivotal role in executing strategic marketing initiatives and plans for our diverse brands. This role is available to be full time or part time for the right individual, we can offer flexible working arrangements.

The Role:

• Collaborate with the executive team to develop and implement marketing strategies
• Coordinate marketing promotional calendar to support business units in line with Mitchelton & Nagambie-based businesses
• Orchestrate strong content strategies across all online and offline platforms, aligning with the overarching Marketing plan
• Manage the website via CMS, including landing pages, blog, and ad hoc content, ensuring brand integrity is upheld
• Plan, create, and send email campaigns to support and deliver on business goals
• Create and coordinate social media scheduling, content, and posting across organic and paid channels
• Assist in online engagement and target specific media channels to attract attention to Mitchelton & Nagambie Brewery
• Aid in the planning and coordination of estate-related marketing events and activations
• Plan and coordinate all seasonal shoots and new content generation
• Assist with partnerships, sponsorships, and PR collaborations
• Brief and manage the planning and execution of design, print, and point-of-sale collateral to designers
• Assist in the execution of brand and tactical marketing campaigns for events and the hotel within budget to assist in revenue growth
• Execute content strategy across paid and owned channels, working with third-party agencies where applicable – SEM & SEO
• Analyze and back to key business stakeholders using third-party tools such as Google Analytics, email platforms, and meta insights
• Ensure all content & marketing is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality, and tone of voice, and optimized for search and social promotion
• Routinely visit/experience the offers and communicate with operations to ensure the company’s image/brand is maintained at a high standard
• Monitor and on the effectiveness of marketing communications

About you:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• Proven experience in marketing coordination or a similar role
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• High level of familiarity with digital marketing tools and platform
• Creative thinker with a keen eye for design and brand aesthetics
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration
