Remuneration: £35,000 – £45,000 + £10,000 bonus

The role of the Technical Sales Engineer – Plumbing and Heating will involve:

• Technical Service Sales Engineer position selling building engineering service and maintenance contracts for example: plumbing & heating, ventilation and general building maintenance
• Selling to larger public sector organisations to smaller businesses such as: local authorities, leisure & hotels, business parks and schools
• Clients would include: Kraft Foods, Q Hotels, Karcher, Cherwell District Council, Warwickshire Police and Barcelo Hotels and Resorts
• Majority of your time will be spent generating new business within the target market
• Following quotations and converting them into a sale
• Predominately office based role however required to undertake site visits

The ideal applicant will be a Technical Sales Engineer – Plumbing and Heating with:

• Must have HVAC / Plumbing & Heating experience
• Ideally an engineer OR “on the tools” looking to step out on the road
• Ideally will have a bias to plumbing and gas
• Ideally sold a technical solution of service within the building engineering or building maintenance market place
• Full UK driving license
• Must be enthusiastic, proactive and responsive
• Strong relationship building skills
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
