Location: Stockport or surrounding areas

Remuneration: £28,000 + 10% bonus

The role of the Project Coordinator – Construction Products will involve:

• Project Coordinator position dealing with a comprehensive high quality range of manufactured temporary protection materials into main contractors in the commercial construction sector
• Supporting with the Major Projects Manager with a number of London based projects
• Providing general support and internal management of subcontracts for each project
• Updating CRM systems with subcontractor details
• Liaising with clients and subcontractors proposing products that will suit their requirements based on their scope of works
• Upselling and cross selling products where possible
• Utilising CRM system and Excel to monitor projects and track progress
• Occasionally carrying out site visits alongside the Major Projects Manager
• Acting as the best point of contact for account and project related queries from other internal departments
• Dealing with average project sizes ranging from £1k – £1m

The ideal applicant will be a Project Coordinator – Construction Products with:

• Must have project coordination / project management / sales coordination experience
• Ideally will have experience with temporary protection products
• High levels of organisation & strong customer service skills
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Strong analytical and data management skills
• Must have a positive attitude towards development
• Experience within the construction industry beneficial but not required
• Team player with an outgoing personality and a positive outlook
• Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
