Mitchell Fabrics Hiring for Marketing Manager at Lafayette, IN Full Time

Mitchell Fabrics is a well-respected, wholesale home decor fabrics company selling to the trade, with a focus on providing high-quality products to our customers at competitive prices. We are currently seeking a Marketing Manager to join our team, who will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, drive customer engagement and retention, and boost sales. We are open to a flexible work model that offers both in-office and remote work.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, create, and execute digital marketing strategies, including SEO, social media, email marketing, and other online channels.
• Develop, create, and execute creative marketing campaigns that align with the brand’s vision and values.
• Manage the brand’s reputation and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
• Develop and implement customer engagement and retention strategies that drive customer loyalty and advocacy.
• Plan and execute events and promotions that support the brand’s marketing objectives.
• Develop and execute a strategic plan for the marketing department, in collaboration with other stakeholders.
• Provide regular ing and analysis of marketing performance and use data to drive decision-making.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and partners, as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration or a related field.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite/Cloud, particularly Illustrator and InDesign.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in marketing, with proven results in digital marketing, SEO, creativity, brand management, innovation, customer engagement, customer retention, and strategic planning.
• Hands-on execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Strong project management and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Analytics, and social media platforms.

Pay: $42,000.00 – $56,000.00 per year
