Program/Position Overview: Goals are to increase awareness, provide outreach and reproductive health education to reduce disparities in birth outcomes in the six-county region. Service Region: Scott, Mississippi, Stoddard, Dunklin, New Madrid & Mississippi.

Reproductive Health Education Manager: Salary High 40’s-Negotiable- depending on Education and Experience. 40 Hours per week, M-F with minimal flexible hours associated with planned activities.

Supervise day-to-day operations and monitoring of the Reproductive Health Education program activities. Ensure program goals are met, data collection and reporting in accordance with funding guidelines. Experience in program management and implementing community-based activities addressing health disparities with vulnerable and medically underserved communities preferred. Ability to work collaboratively and creatively with diverse staff, health systems and community-based organizations.

Requirements: Minimum of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in public health, social and behavioral science, public administration, health communication, health education or promotion, or a closely allied field from an accredited college or university. Public speaking and meeting facilitation skills preferred. Experience may substitute for education qualifications.

Demonstrated knowledge of sexual health including general reproductive health, women’s health, and men’s health. Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills with supervision experience. Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information. Knowledge of clinical operations and community resources in service region.

Computer Literacy, including knowledge of Microsoft software applications and familiarity with internet and e-mail communications.
