POSITION DETAILS

Mission’s Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing all aspects of the recruitment process, from sourcing and attracting talent through generating recruitment plans to extending offers and onboarding for positions at all levels and areas of business. This highly visible, high touch position will need to network and develop strong business relationships within the industry, community partners as well as senior management. They are responsible for building a trusting and informative relationship with both the hiring manager and potential candidate.

Qualifications Required

• 3+ years of recruitment experience with a minimum of 1 year focused in Healthcare

• Strong communication skills in person and on the phone

• Exceptional Interviewing/People Skills

• Comfortable in a fast-paced work environment juggling many tasks

• Results Driven

• Ability to work on a team and independently

• Demonstrated Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet-based recruiting resources, proprietary HRIS & Applicant Tracking System. (Paylocity and/or ICIMS experience preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
