HVAC Account Manager

Up to $75,000 to start plus great benefits and quarterly bonuses totaling up to 20% of salary annually

As HVAC Account Manager, you will:

• Receive complete training
• Be assigned a group of existing accounts
• Learn about each of your account’s unique needs
• Communicate by phone and email
• Answer questions and address inquiries
• Provide information on product pricing, availability and lead times
• Create price quotes
• Take, enter and process orders
• Make updates to customer account information
• Perform inventory control, inventory planning and inventory analysis functions
• Run routine and special s
• Troubleshoot issues and complaints as they arise
• Escalate complex and highly-technical issues as necessary
• Perform other duties as assigned

An ideal candidate profile will include:

• HVAC Industry and/or related experience with mechanical products
• At least 2 year of Account Management, Business Development and/or Sales

With:

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Accurate Data Entry skills
• Proficiency with ANY CRM Software
• A High School Diploma or Equivalent

Pluses:

• +++ An Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree
• +++ NetSuite proficiency
