Miss A Stores Hiring for Recruiting & Onboarding Specialist at Dallas, TX Full Time

Miss A Stores is now seeking a Recruiting & Onboarding Specialist to join our expanding team at our Headquarters office in Dallas, Texas. In this role, the candidate will manage the recruiting and onboarding for all HQ & Retail Store locations, assist with the day-to-day administration, and implementation of company policies. The ideal candidate for this position must be goal oriented and independently set and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly goals. Candidate will assist with creating/maintaining workplace policies and procedures, and other admin responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain job postings in Indeed, ZipRecruiter & Work in Texas
• Recruit, screen, schedule interviews, and extend job offers for full-time/part-time candidates
• Complete all process requirements including dispositioning candidates, and ensure compliance with all policy and regulatory requirements
• Develop creative recruiting resources to attract qualified candidates
• Maintain pipeline of viable candidates and candidate sources
• Maintain all records up to date, (electronic files, hard files, recruiter metrices, google sheets, ADP, Sing, and Shopify)
• Work closely with the HR Director & Retail Operations Manager and assist in any tasks/projects
• Act as a mentor to answer questions, provide guidance and best practices to their peers
• Perform any other duties as required or assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Recruiting and/or Onboarding
• Strong communication, writing and oral presentation skills with the ability to liaise with various levels of management team
• Microsoft Office Suite (excel, word, power point, google sheets)
• ADP Workforce Now – Preferred
• HR knowledge of employment guidelines, practices, and laws/regulations
• Strong time management skills, including ability to accurately prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

• 100% in office job – Prolonged sitting periods at a desk and working on a computer with heavy phone usage required.
