Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Managing the Talent Acquisition function and resources to deliver agreed KPIs and service standards which results in exceptional TA services.
Leading continuous improvement activities to meet stakeholder needs and ensure Mirvac maintains effective recruitment and selection processes.
Developing and effectively managing relationships with key stakeholders and external TA suppliers to ensure Mirvac derives expected value from the business relationships
Contribute to the design and production of contemporary TA workflow metrics using the TA system.
Integrating Diversity and Inclusion strategies into TA activities to support the achievement of company targets.
Working closely with the broader HR team to support Talent requirements.
The successful person will bring:
7+ years in-house Talent Acquisition experience
Experience managing direct reports
Leadership experience and commitment to the promotion of a strong customer focus philosophy
Outstanding interpersonal skills, including the ability to build and sustain long-term professional relationships, influence others and on an individual and group level deal with and resolve conflict constructively to reach practical solutions
Analytical and Reporting skills
Good knowledge of current Australian employment legislation as they relate to recruitment and ‘Employer of choice’ talent acquisition practices
