To provide this level of care, our Patient Care Coordinators fulfill a variety of tasks.

• Maintain the front office
• Support customers by making phone calls to follow-up or set appointments
• Maintain daily schedules and patient files
• Collect patient information and answer questions
• Ability to think outside the box to connect with potential patients and encourage participation
• Organize and manage occasional fun in-office promotions

QUALIFICATIONS

• Office experience preferred
• Ability to use a variety of technology and Windows based applications, including Microsoft office, and more
• Organized multi-tasker
• Detail-oriented and effective time management
• Experience in telemarketing, accessory sales, or healthcare services a plus but not mandatory
• Strong people and communication skills
• Dynamic team player
• Positive attitude and outgoing personality!

Compensation and Benefits:

• $15- $18 / hour plus performance based monthly bonuses.
• Employer pays 80% of Bronze health plan cost.
• 401(k) with up to 4% matching after one year.
