Leadership Consultant/Teacher

Position Summary

Our team is hiring a leadership consultant/teacher to assist high schoolers in developing the leadership skills in academics, extracurricular activities, service work, internships and college application process.

This role requires at least 8 years of teaching experience, educational and working background in leadership, strong communicative and cooperation skills, and a high sense of responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Design a 6-to-8-week unit plan on leadership;
• Deliver course over ZOOM;
• Communicate with students via Email if necessary.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Above
• Graduated from top-tier colleges
• 8+ years teaching experience
• Ability to guide students in academics, extracurricular activities, service work, internships and college application process
• Preferably Chinese speaking candidate

Hours & Compensation

• Work Remotely
• Flexible Hours
• $50 – $80 based on experience. Salary negotiable.
