Mint Tiny House Company Hiring for Project Manager at Delta, BC Full Time

Mint Tiny House Company is hiring for the position of a Quality Controller / Project manager.

At Mint Tiny House Company, we manufacture Tiny House RV’s and Park Models. Construction methods are similar to that of regular house construction but we follow different code rules to comply with CSA Z240 RV and CSA Z241 Park Model standards.

We are looking for someone who is:

-Highly experienced in construction and can take their years of experience and apply them to this role.

-Has a general knowledge of all aspects of construction such as: framing, siding, plumbing, electrical, painting, finishing carpentry, metal work.

-Self motivated, and also able to work well as a team.

-Understands construction & manufacturing processes.

-Seeks continuous improvement.

-Experienced in reading blueprints.

-Experienced in using computers (word doc & Excel)

Duties of this position include:

-Monitoring all phases of production to ensure that work is being carried out in the correct manner and that the plans are being followed accurately.

-Ensure that all standardized processes are being followed.

-Ensure that all code rules are being followed.

-Ensure that all necessary testing is taking place.

-Checking the overall quality of workmanship in all areas.

-Ensure the completion of all quality control documentation at various stages during construction.

-Update quality control manuals as construction methods change.

-Investigate re works (any item that has to be repaired / replaced) to determine the cause, and produce a solution / procedure to ensure this does not happen again.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $52,000.00-$58,240.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
