This is a particularly exciting time to join our Talent Acquisition Team, as we embark on a period of growth and transformation of our service. We are looking to hire a number of passionate and pro-active Talent Acquisition Specialists to join our developing in-house Talent Acquisition service.
When in office, you’ll be based in MOD Abbey Wood, Bristol. However, you will benefit from significant flexible working options in line with our “Smarter Working” policy.
Our diverse team provides a specialist service to functions across DE&S (Defence Equipment & Support) and our sister agency, SDA (Submarine Delivery Agency).
To do that you’ll collaborate with a diverse array of stakeholders across the business and be responsible for the full lifecycle of your campaigns, from devising quarterly recruitment plans, through advertising and sourcing to onboarding.
As part of our growing, busy HR function, you’ll have the opportunity to broaden and develop your existing skillset, gaining experience of working in a complex, matrix environment.
As a strong Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be detail focused and process driven. You’ll need to be confident enough to challenge the norm and push back on your stakeholders, yet sensitive enough to ensure a first-class experience for candidates and hiring managers alike.Please note some attendance to the stated site may be required for this position.

Please note, our salary bands are under review and may increase. If the outcome of the review results in an increase in the minimum salary and your salary offer falls below the new minimum, your salary will be increased to the new amount from your contracted start date. If the new minimum is less than the salary you are offered, the original salary offer will be retained.
