Miniclip Hiring for AP/AR Clerk Job at London, England Full Time

Miniclip is looking for AP/AR Clerk to assist our Finance department in Lisbon or London office. This is a full-time position, reporting to the Head of Accounting and Finance Operations. Please apply only if you have the right to work in Portugal or the UK.

DUTIES

• Perform day to day financial transactions, incl. posting in an accurate and timely manner and in compliance with company and local standards policies and procedures
• Manage payments processing, incl. generating payment proposals and entering into bank portals, as well as perform manual payments
• Manage receipts and allocate to the proper customer
• Control bank statements and perform monthly bank accounts reconciliation
• Manage virtual credit cards expense processing, incl. posting and checking of internal guidelines and procedures
• Work closely with the banks to ensure payments are processed without delays
• Address and respond to vendor inquires
• Other standard GL journal entries as required

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

We are looking for someone with the following:

• 3-5 years of experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Minimum of High School Diploma
• Deep and broad understanding of accounts payable incl. VAT regulations
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• High degree of attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
• Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset, comfortable in dealing with all levels of the organization
• Team player, results and quality oriented
• International experience would be beneficial
• Experience in a share service environment (preferential)
• Fluent in English, written and spoken (mandatory)
• Solid MS Office knowledge (word, excel and outlook)
