About the role

As an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition professional, you will source and engage suitably qualified Professional & Technical employees for our business. The diversity of the vacancies you will source talent for, ensures that one day is never the same as the other. This keeps it interesting and exciting.

• Manage the end to end recruitment process for all your vacancies.
• Effectively utilise your experience, network and skills to source and engage talent for Mineral Resources
• Build and cultivate talent pipelines across the various divisions and employment disciplines
• Advise the business on best practice strategies and initiatives in employee attraction and retention
