Mineral Resources Hiring for Recruitment Advisor – Trades & Professional Job at Australia Full Time

Central Systems (Centrals), a subsidary of Mineral Resources has an opportunity for a Blue & White-Collar Recruitment Advisor to join our project team, this is a permanent position. The successful candidate will work in brand new offices in Osborne Park.

Reporting to the Recruitment Manager and working as part of a dynamic team, the successful candidates will be integral in helping to drive the department forward, whilst partnering our business to help engage with experienced individuals that enjoy and share the same passion we do.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Full end to end recruitment activities and the support of mobilisation activities
• Key stakeholder engagement and liaison with areas of our operations
• Managing a portfolio or key business roles and working closely with hiring managers
• Developing positive relationships with candidates
• Managing our extensive pool of candidates
• Maintaining the integrity of our recruitment database
• Accurate and detailed workload reporting

Key Skills Required:

• Demonstrated experience in a similar recruitment role

• Sound knowledge of the construction and/ or mining & resources industry
• Strong interviewing ability and techniques
• Well organised self-starter with the ability to prioritise and work to deadlines
• Outstanding stakeholder engagement and relationship skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proactive and able to work autonomously
• Quick to learn and a strong problem solving ability
• Strong business acumen
