Recruitment Team

Our Recruitment Team performs some of our most important work; the sourcing of skilled trades and labour is critical to the ongoing success of the business.

We are a high paced team who align closely with our line managers to understand the business needs to enable efficient and quality delivery and due to internal promotion we are looking for a Recruitment Administrator to be the glue that pulls in all together.

Our Blue Collar Recruitment team are championed to facilitate the expansion of an experienced workforce across the business through identifying and on boarding of great people.

Key responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Blue-Collar Recruitment Team
• Assist with pre-employment medicals, police checks, PPE orders, collating tickets
• Ensure all compliance checks are completed.
• Manage candidate interface from offer through to mobilisation onsite
• Provide a high level of customer service to candidates

Your Experience & Skills

• Previous experience in a fast paced administrative environment
• A proactive go getter; a person who is a self-motivator and initiator of their work
• Ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced, energetic workplace, responding to competing demands for time and resources
• Work strongly within a team environment, but also capable of working independently to progress workloads and priorities
• Strong time management and organisation skills to ensure project schedules and deliverables are met
