MindRise is a growing virtual tutoring company seeking an Education Operations Manager who will help shape and drive our next phase of growth. Our key next steps are streamlining operations, guiding/managing/scheduling staff, and ensuring high-quality delivery of our programs.

About you:

• Dynamic, outgoing personality who brings a great attitude and initiative to work

• Problem solver with outside of the box thinking and a go-getter attitude

• Experience in project management

• Experience in operations management

• Experience in the education field

• Team leadership with strong management skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Sales, management, or/and marketing background a plus

Position Overview:

• Lead the delivery of our tutoring programs

• Manage tutor recruitment, training, scheduling, and retention

• Identify and provide solutions to problems

Starting Salary Range: $50-65K + potential bonuses
