About Mindful Support Services:

Founded in 2011, we are a mental health organization focused on business-to-business support for independent therapy and psychiatric private practices. We provide administrative and organizational services to simplify the processes of lead-generation, marketing, billing, and collecting payments from patients and insurers. Our teams support over 500 mental health providers, and in turn 10,000 patients per week across 6 locations and virtually via Telehealth. We are growing quickly, with 2 new locations opening soon.

About the Role:

The Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Specialist is responsible for finding, attracting, interviewing, hiring, and supporting the onboarding experience for employees at Mindful Support Services. You will be entrusted with adding talent to our growing organization while building a strong employment brand and ensuring great relationships with both candidates and employees. You will develop a deep understanding of the company’s plans and hiring priorities, and proactively help to create and implement new strategies to bring in excited and talented team members.

This role will work with a wide range of personalities and must be adept at reading people and assessing proper fit within our company. A successful candidate will excel in multi-tasking and have a high degree of critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities:  

• Consult with leaders, hiring managers, and Human Resources Manager on job descriptions, job postings, compensation, and sourcing strategies.

• Create and maintain job descriptions; place and update all job postings including external online platforms and internal platforms.

• Manage recruitment and selection process for employees, including but not limited to resume screening, screening calls, interviews, and reference verification.

• Communicate with managers and employees regularly to promote the employee referral program and internal job opportunities.

• Reflect the work environment, culture, role responsibilities and expectations to prospective candidate while assessing for fit.

• Extend job offers and finalize start date. Follow up on any necessary onboarding requirements.

• Conduct and facilitate new hire orientation processes; coordinate with managers and trainers to ensure smooth onboarding experience.

• Create reports on talent acquisition metrics and identify areas of improvement with hiring efforts.

• Design, plan and execute employer branded hiring and training collateral. Act as a first point of contact for prospective candidates, highlighting our brand and culture.

• The position is based in the company Headquarters and will require periodic travel to our locations for in-person recruiting and onboarding.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related professional work experience.

• Minimum of 2 years of talent acquisition and interviewing experience.

• In-depth understanding of full cycle recruitment processes.

• Knowledge of job posting sites and professional social media platforms such as LinkedIn.

• Excellent verbal and written communication.

• Possess quality judgment and assessment skills. Ability to make important decisions.

• Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving and negotiation abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
