Job Description

Mindfish Prep is looking for AP tutors to help students prepare for a wide variety of AP courses including AP Calculus, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Literature, Language, US History, World History, etc. Mindfish Prep is a rapidly growing College Prep company specializing in one-on-one and small group tutoring.

-Candidates must be experts in the subject matter / AP curriculum and driven to help students succeed

Responsibilities/Requirements

– 5 to 10 hours of weekly instruction requires working on weeknights between 3PM and 8PM and Sundays between 10AM and 5PM

– Teaching concepts from the entire AP curriculum and preparing students to master the AP exams in May
– Consistent communication with company directors and students’ parents

Applicants MUST have:

– Bachelor’s Degree

– Experience teaching AP course work

– AP Test scores of 5 and/or advanced college coursework in the subject matter

– Tutoring/Teaching/TA experience

Pay: $35.00 – $40.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:

• Bonus pay

COVID-19 considerations:
We are currently working with our students in both an in-person and remote capacity. All in-person meetings require both the student and teacher to be vaccinated, and our offices are equipped with additional air filtration and safety protocols.
