About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to be the financial partner to a number of the Minderoo Foundation’s initiatives to assist them in the delivery of their strategic outcomes.

You will be the financial eyes and ears, acting as their finance business partner and using your expertise to educate, guide and support the financial progress of their initiatives throughout the year.

Your responsibilities will include all aspects of Management Accounting:

• Financial consulting and stakeholder management across all levels of the Minderoo Foundation
• Analysing and reporting on key spend metrics and cash flows with Leadership teams
• Monthly Budget vs Actual Cost analysis
• Facilitating the annual budget process and reforecasting throughout the financial year
• Developing reports and financial modelling

In addition, you will have the opportunity to be involved in rolling out key financial transformation projects within the Foundation across both accounting and financial planning software.

Qualifications

About You

This role would be ideal for an individual that is looking to move out of consulting and into a corporate/commercial business, or an individual looking to consolidate their FP&A experience.

• Confidently work with multifaceted MS Excel and reporting tools
• Demonstrate your strategic & systematic mindset
• Put into practice your exemplary financial analysis and reasoning skills
